Messiah “Buddy Red” Harris is giving fans a look at his latest project, and he brought along a familiar face for the video.
The son of T.I. appears alongside his younger brother Major Harris in the visuals for his song “When I Dream.” Behind-the-scenes photos from the shoot show Buddy Red performing with a guitar while Major plays a central role in the storyline.
In several shots, Major wears a red varsity jacket as he interacts with a young co-star in a park setting while Buddy Red performs nearby. The visuals move between performance scenes and moments that appear to follow the younger characters throughout the story.
Buddy Red, whose real name is Messiah Harris, has been carving out his own path in music. While his father built a career as one of hip hop’s most recognizable voices, Buddy Red’s sound pulls from rock and soul influences, with some listeners comparing his style to artists like Jimi Hendrix.

Outside of music, Buddy Red has also stepped into fatherhood. The artist welcomed his first child last year and recently celebrated his daughter’s first birthday.
Major Harris, meanwhile, has been focusing on theater. The teenager participates in stage productions at school, and his mother, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, recently praised his talent on social media.

“He’s such a natural. Nobody knew because he just started this. Seeing him up there doing his thing, he did so good. I was just so impressed. He had this accent the whole time and he did so good. He was singing too, like eight songs. I was like, ‘Dang.’ It was crazy to see my baby in a whole new light.”
Tiny also shared that Major is graduating this year with honors and a 4.0 GPA from one of Atlanta’s most prestigious private schools.
