Kendall Jenner is the current supermodel.
She arrived on the red carpet for the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, looking ethereal in a light blue Chanel corset dress.
Jenner wore the dress, which was embroidered with tiered sun sequins and decorated with multiple layers of fabric in shades of blue and white, depicting mushrooms.
Exotic shoes were featured throughout the runway collection designed by new creative director Matteo Blazzi, including fungal heels (though it wasn’t clear which shoe Jenner herself chose).
I looked to Tiffany & Co. For her jewelry, she wore a pair of 4-carat diamond drop earrings and a 6-carat diamond ring, both set in platinum.
Perhaps the message hidden in the drawings is a reference to the “Kardashians” star’s love of mushrooms. In 2022, the model shared her love of mushroom tea as part of her wellness routine with The Wall Street Journal.
The 808 Tequila founder, 30, was joined at the bash by sisters Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian – all of whom chose sequined dresses for the evening, although they did not pose together on the carpet.
The supermodel is a regular attendee at the glitzy bash, but this year is particularly special as her sister Kylie Jenner graces the cover of the glossy magazine this month.
This is Oscar Jenner’s seventh Vanity Fair Party, as he has attended every year since 2018 except for 2020 and 2021 (the latter of which did not happen due to the coronavirus).
Last year at the same event, Jenner seemed to keep it classy in a long-sleeved black lace dress. However, upon closer inspection, the completely transparent look turns out to be made of rubber, which gives it an edge.
This was a vintage Thierry Mugler design from 1992 and featured a thigh-high slit and bell-shaped sleeves. She later changed into Mugler’s second look: a mini from the brand’s spring/summer 1998 collection for a Jay-Z and Beyoncé concert.
Some of her most memorable looks include the sheer Maison Margiela corset dress she wore in 2024 and the high slits above the hip bones in Rami Kadi’s apron-like dress in 2019.
When it comes to bold fashion, never rule out a Kardashian or a Jenner.
