Crystal Kung Minkoff is weighing in on Wendy Osefo’s legal drama — and she’s not holding back.

During the latest episode of the Humble Brag podcast, which Crystal co-hosts with Cynthia Bailey, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared her thoughts on Wendy’s recent legal situation and her decision to address it during the Real Housewives of Potomac Season 10 reunion.

The conversation came as the hosts reacted to Part 3 of the reunion, where Wendy offered a lengthy and detailed explanation about the burglary incident tied to her arrest.

But according to Crystal, the moment that stood out most wasn’t Wendy’s explanation — it was Karen Huger stepping in with some blunt advice.

At the reunion, after Wendy finished recounting the events, Karen didn’t mince words and suggested she should stop talking so much about the situation. Crystal admitted she actually agreed with Karen’s approach.

“Karen is just like, which I agree — ‘I can’t believe you’re here. I can’t believe your lawyers allowed you to come to this reunion and talk about it like you did nothing wrong,’” Crystal said.

She continued by pointing out that, in her view, the legal situation is far too serious to be discussing so openly on television.

“There’s so much evidence against them, but she doubled down,” Crystal added.

Crystal also noted how confidently Wendy presented her version of events during the reunion, suggesting she seemed completely committed to the story she told.

“She tells this story so cleanly. I guess in her mind, this is the story, and that’s it, and I will be unwavering in this story,” Crystal said.

However, Crystal questioned whether appearing at the reunion — and discussing the situation at length — was the best decision given the circumstances.

“I’m not an attorney, but I don’t know. I just think you lay low. Skip the reunion, send your love. We’ll get through this as a family, wrap it up,” she said.

Crystal also felt that Wendy approached the reunion as if the legal issues weren’t looming over her, focusing more on drama with the other cast members.

Although Andy Cohen questioned Wendy about the arrest at both the beginning and end of the reunion, Crystal said the overall vibe felt off.

“It seemed like she went there fighting the other girls,” Crystal explained. “Her charges could put her in prison over 20 years.”

For Crystal, the situation felt bigger than reality TV.

“I would not be wasting my time on that couch. I would be with my kids. I don’t know. That’s my thing. It’s just really, really sad to me,” she added.

Meanwhile, the legal case continues to move forward. The week after the RHOP reunion aired, Wendy and her husband, Eddie, appeared in court.

According to reports, the couple will now be tried separately. Eddie allegedly waived his right to a speedy trial, while Wendy did not — meaning her case could move forward sooner rather than later.

As the legal battle unfolds, the reality star’s decision to address the situation publicly at the reunion is continuing to spark debate among viewers and fellow Housewives alike.
