American tennis star and World No. 7 Ben Shelton recently celebrated a major milestone achieved by WTA standout Victoria Mboko. The young Canadian has joined an elite circle as the newest global brand ambassador for legendary Swiss watchmaker Rolex.
The prestigious honor places Mboko alongside some of the sport’s current icons, such as Shelton himself, ATP World No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz, ATP World No. 2 Jannik Sinner, and WTA World No. 3 Coco Gauff.
Ben Shelton Delighted As Victoria Mboko Joins Him, Coco Gauff, Carlos Alcaraz, and Others With Major Rolex Achievement
Mboko has emerged as one of the fastest-rising talents on the tour, consistently showcasing her immense potential over the past season. The Canadian made a strong statement by finishing runner-up in Parma last year and carried that momentum forward.
A defining moment came in Montreal, where she captured her maiden WTA 1000 title with a landmark victory over four-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka in the final. She rounded off the season on a positive note by clinching the WTA 250 title in Hong Kong, further underlining her rapid ascent.
Notably, Mboko carried her strong form into the 2026 season. The Canadian opened her campaign at the Adelaide International, producing a dominant run to reach the final before falling 6-3, 6-1 to Mirra Andreeva. Now progressing steadily at the Australian Open, Mboko has already achieved another major milestone at a remarkably young age, having been named a global brand ambassador for Rolex.
Rolex Testimonees represent an elite group of pioneering figures from the worlds of sport, arts, and other domains, serving as the Swiss watchmaker’s global brand ambassadors. In tennis, the distinguished list includes legends and current stars such as Roger Federer, Shelton, Alcaraz, Iga Świątek, and Sinner, with Mboko now joining the prestigious ranks as the newest face.
