DENVER (KDVR) — Unseasonably warm temperatures are here for another day, Sunday, but Denver’s weather forecast features cooler, more seasonable weather through the end of October.
The Broncos return home on Sunday as they host the Cowboys. Temperatures should be in the upper 60s at kickoff, and into the 70s, before ending up in the mid to upper 60s at the end of the game. It’s expected to be dry with partly sunny skies, but it could be a bit breezy.
Weather tonight: Another calm night

Clouds will gradually increase through Saturday night, but dry conditions are expected. Temperatures will be well above normal with overnight lows around metro Denver near just 40 degrees (average 33 degrees). Winds will blow from the south with occasional gusts of up to 20 miles per hour
Weather tomorrow: Still mild, but turning breezy

Sunday starts out sunny with light winds. Afternoon highs will again be around 70 degrees in northeastern Colorado. Winds will blow to the east at 5 to 15 mph, with gusts of 20 mph. Clouds will also increase during the afternoon, but the weather is expected to be dry.
Looking Ahead: It’s a little cooler next week
The northern highlands have a chance of snow starting late Sunday night and continuing into Monday afternoon. Ski and snowboard lovers, rejoice; This event is modest at best with only a few inches for the ski areas, but larger amounts are possible on the mountaintops.

A cold front on Monday will help drop temperatures into the lower 60s, but it’s still a little warmer than normal. Winds will be active northwesterly, reaching speeds of up to 30 miles per hour. Tuesday cools down even more with a rare below normal day when highs only reach the 50s. The Halloween forecast looks good with partly sunny skies, highs near 60 and dry conditions expected for trick-or-treating.
