Taylor Swift Eras Tour docuseries and concert movie coming to Disney+

Since Taylor Swift wrapped her hugely successful Eras Tour at the end of 2024, she’s been slowly rolling out Easter eggs that many expected to be a documentary.

Then on Monday morning, the singer fired approx Two minute trailer On social media.

“It was the end of an era and we knew it. We wanted to remember every moment leading up to the culmination of the most important and intense chapter of our lives, so we allowed the filmmakers to capture this tour and all the stories woven throughout it,” the caption reads, “and film the entire final show.”

The 14-time Grammy Award winner announced she will release a six-part behind-the-scenes documentary series titled “Taylor Swift, The Eras Tour.” It is described as an inside look into Swift’s life throughout the tour.

Additionally, she will be releasing a new concert film called “The Final Show,” which was filmed during the Eras Tour finale at BC Place in Vancouver, Canada. The show also included a set dedicated to her album, “The Tortured Poets Oath.”

The film and the first two episodes of the docuseries will be released on December 12, one day before her 36th birthday, on Disney+. From there, two episodes of the docuseries will air weekly for two weeks after that.

Swift’s Eras Tour ran from March 2023 to December 2024 and grossed more than $2 billion, according to Taylor Swift Touring, reported by Taylor Swift Touring magazine. GMA.
