The restaurant server working at Los Angeles International Airport was shaken after two clients left him a racist message at the top of their delivery.
“No illegal advice,” read handwritten observation. “Return to Mexico.”
Guillermo Ortz, who works on Hollywood at Tom Bradley International Station, said he was at the end of his Nubian on March 21 when he waited for the spouses.
“After 20 minutes [they left]”I opened the check notebook and found the message, and made me feel bad,” said Ortz.
Ortz Carlos Sociedo told KTLA that he believed everything was fine with the two customers until he brought out the check.
“The way they were looking at me, you can know when there is nothing true,” said Ortz.
A 18.5 % bonus was already included in the bill, but, as it is mentioned at the bottom of the receipt, the customer can remove the edge if he is not satisfied with leaving this amount – which Ortz said he did.
But then, when Ortiz opened the check book, instead of any amount of advice, he saw the painful message full of hatred.

“I have been working as a servant since 2014, and this is the first time that this happened to me,” Ortiz said.
The couple had already disappeared when Ortz saw the memo, and since they paid cash, he left no path to follow.
“Maybe” because they saw me, they know that I am of Spanish origin, they thought I was Mexican or illegal or I do not know what they are thinking about. ”
Ortz said he believed that the current political discourse on immigration had encouraged this type of behavior.
“This is happening because of what is happening with President Trump at the present time,” said Ortz. “I think this is why people are behaving like this.”
Despite everything that customers mean to leave this memorandum, Ortiz said it does not reduce his work.
Ortz said: “I am proud of what I do.” “I am a servant; this is how I support my children, this is how I support my family.”
Ortz said that he had reported the incident that occurred in his administration and that the company is looking for it, but, regardless of, unfortunately he will be unemployed by Saturday when the Hollywood planet site closes forever.
