Washington, DC (KDVR) – Currently, health care financing is the thorny point for the closure of the federal government, as both sides focus on financing measures on this.
The Democratic President describes the “minority radical left” and says they want to spend more than one trillion dollars “to continue in free health care” for illegal immigrants.
“They want to preserve illegal foreigners on Medicaid programs,” said Representative Lauren Boubert, a Republican representing the Fourth Congress in Colorado.
Fox31 spoke with the democratic actor at Colorado Jason Crowe when he stopped in Ura on Wednesday. Democrats say they have no commissioners when it comes to government spending.
“I will not vote to destroy the lives of the Americans and kill the Americans by moving away from their health care. The president and the majority of the House of Representatives know this. So what we want is the opportunity to conduct a discussion,” said Crowe.
If Congress is unable to agree on a financing deal by October 1, federal government services may start closing the following week. Boubert says Democrats need cooperation and seeing the other side.
“Part of the government does not get everything they want every time. Democrats cannot deal with this reality and are still trying to reunify the 2024 elections, as the American people handed over President Trump, the House of Representatives and the Republicans to reach work,” Popt said.
But Democrats say it is important to extend health insurance benefits and reflect the medical aid discounts included in the “beautiful draft law” of the president. Fox31 hospital officials told July that they would have to make discounts under the bill. More than 60 % of COLORADANS in elderly care homes, support 39 % of children and 44 % of all births by Medicaid in Colorado.
“I call it the only bad treachery,” said Senator John Heikinlobber, a democratic. “Medicaid is the perfect example. We will reduce a trillion dollars from Medicaid. Thus, people working to cover their health care. As you know, the maximum you can make and is still qualified for Medicaid is $ 10 or less. You can not get more than 10 dollars. So it is not like fraud.”
Trump was not afraid to close the government. The longest federal closure occurred in the country during its first term. He was scheduled to meet with the Democrats on Tuesday, but he refused to sit in a long social media.
Senator Chuck Schumer said that Trump “escapes from the negotiating table before he reaches there” and will “throw anger instead of his work.” The Republican President was hesitant to introduce talks and ordered the leaders of the Republican Party in Capitol Hill not to negotiate with the Democrats.
Boubert says that legislators are looking to avoid happening again, and if so, the Republicans will not be on the Republicans.
“This is something that the Democrats do not want to bake up, and unfortunately, they are ready to put American citizens and our federal workers in danger by closing.”
Republicans, who have a majority, have tried to pass a temporary financing procedure to keep the government’s employment, a typical tactic to try to buy time during these types of financing battles. However, Democrats in the Senate, cited health care financing, did not support it, which led to the defeat of the bill.
A democratic proposal, with the restoration of health care funds, was defeated by Republicans in the Senate.
“I will not vote to vote for health care away from 13 million Americans. I will not vote to finance the political cleansing of our army. I will not vote to finance silence, opposition and freedom of expression in America,” said Crowe.
