More than a dozen suspects rob San Ramon jewelry store: police

San Ramon, California (Crohn) – The Saint Ramon jewelry store was a victim of an armed theft on Monday afternoon, according to the Saint Ramd Police Department (SRPD). At 1:50 pm, the officers responded to a “armed robbery” at Heller Jewelles at the Bishop Ranch shopping center in the city center.

Police said nearly 20 masked people “entered the store and began breaking up the shows, and took many elements.” Some of them were armed, and multiple footage was launched at the front entrance.

No one was hurt, and there is no current threat to the public, according to SRPD.

SRPD said that the suspects escaped from fleeing in multiple cars waiting abroad in the parking area at the shopping center. The officers initially continued the suspects, but they ended the pursuit due to public safety concerns. With the help of air support through Contra Costa and Alameeda provinces, “many suspects” were held in Auckland and Dublin.
