Grigor Dimitrov and his girlfriend, Eiza González, recently enjoyed a night out while he was on his break from tennis, recovering from an injury. The Bulgarian’s last professional match was at the 2025 Wimbledon Championships.
Dimitrov and González were first spotted together in April during the 2025 Madrid Open, and they officially confirmed their relationship in May when González celebrated the former World No. 3’s birthday with a heartwarming social media post.
Grigor Dimitrov Spends Time With Girlfriend Eiza González Amid Injury Break From Tennis
Dimitrov injured his right pectoral muscle during his fourth-round match against eventual champion Jannik Sinner at the 2025 Wimbledon Championships. Since that match, he has missed competing during the North American hard-court swing, including events like the 2025 Canadian Open and the US Open.
Since then, the former World No. 3 has been focused on recovering from his injury. Earlier this month, González shared that he has returned to training.
Most recently, Dimitrov took to social media to share a picture of himself and González, both dressed elegantly in white during their night out. He accompanied the photo with a red heart emoji, expressing his love for the Mexican actress.
“@eizagonzalez ❤️,” Dimitrov captioned his Instagram story.
González also previously mentioned that while they were spending time together, while he was on break from tennis, Dimitrov surprised her with several bouquets of flowers.
Where Will Dimitrov Compete Next?
Dimitrov is expected to return to the court at the 2025 Shanghai Open, which is scheduled to take place at the Qizhong Forest Sports City Arena in Shanghai, China, from October 1 to October 12, 2025.
