The police are searching for two drivers who ran and killed a woman walking in Ridlands.
On September 17, the woman was walking near Alabama Street and the Industrial Park in the middle of the night, according to the Ridlands Police Department.
Witnesses said that two cars were walking at high speeds, ran a red light near the intersection. One vehicle struck the woman while she was walking near the external corridor of the road.
The influence pushed her into an internal lane, where it was reported that she was shocked by the second car. Both drivers continued the speed and never stopped checking the affected woman.
The officers arrived at the scene of the accident and found the victim “do not respond, with great injuries or pulse.” The paramedics transferred her to the hospital, where she announced her death.
She was only identified as a 38 -year -old woman. No other details, including a description of the suspects or their cars, were provided by the police.
The authorities said: “The evidence was recovered at the scene of the accident and the investigation is continuing,” said the authorities.
