Centennial, COLO. (KDVR) – A centenary woman says she believes a cup full of rocks that were thrown from a passing truck that shattered the windshield on Monday morning, and she is not the only one.
This happened before noon on Monday in Daray Kreik Bliss, west of Clarkson Street.
Shannon Anderson says she was driving her car to the Bible studying when Chefi Silvrado passed in the corridor. After seconds, I heard a stir loud.
She said, “You know, I was thinking,” What was that in the world? And the like, why did the windshield explode? “You don’t have time to respond.”
Initially, I thought the cup was full of liquid.
Anderson said: “There was nothing wet on my car indicating that it was a drink, so I just have to assume that it was rocks or heavy thing to cause the damage it caused,” Anderson said.
She was not just her. Another woman has reported the same crime to the deputies of Arabahu Province just minutes away.
Anderson said: “Fortunately, we got a video of the truck because it happens quickly so again that you are not always thinking about any type of cars.”
It is impossible to ignore the echoes of what happened in 2023. Alexa Bartel, 20, was killed in a rocky throw in Jefferson Province.
Anderson said: “It is absolute for everyone to be safe when we lead and do not have to fear that things will be thrown on us and cause physical damage or harm when we go to the street.” “I hope we can find the people who did this and might think this is something funny or fun because it is not … and people are at risk.”
The Anderson is still driving, but its sense of safety is similar to the windshield, shattered.
Now every time you see a white pickup truck, her mind goes back to that terrifying moment.
She said: “Therefore, it is definitely something I was thinking about this morning when I went to work and what will happen and looking for a white white truck while driving, I just try to find this person.”
The suspect’s truck may have black plates and stickers in the front window.
Anderson hopes that someone will get to know this and help prevent this from happening again.
“I want these people to be found and take responsibility. Fortunately, it did not cause me physical harm and I was not infected, but it could have been more influential.” “I am grateful because my children were not in the car and did not have to try it too.”
Investigators say it is still early in the case and more information can come when more investigation is achieved. If you get to know the truck or have a observation video in the area, you have been urged to call an honorable office on the number 303-795-4711.
