Wildfire danger rising with above-normal heat, dry lightning in Bay Area forecast

San Francisco (KON)-It will collect the natural temperatures, low relative humidity and the imminent danger of thunderstorms to create potential single fire conditions in the Gulf region this week.

National weather service warns that warming temperatures will dry the vegetation between the two and Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday, NWS expects a 20 to 25 % chance of dry lightning in the eastern Gulf, the hills of the East Santa Clara province and the central coast.

“We will need to monitor these capabilities over the next few days, and if the many dry thunderstorms seem to be more likely, it may be needed for fire hours.”

It is expected that the temperatures will remain overnight than the average next week, causing additional fire concerns in the wild.

“The circumstances do not seem to be overnight that they will spell any relief if you are not a heat, as the minimum temperatures in the morning until Wednesday will range from 5 to approximately 20 degrees higher than the normal rate.”

San Francisco is expected to be the highest level in the 1980s and decreases in the 1960s. In the eastern Gulf, peak temperatures can exceed 100 degrees.
