Throughout the halls and lands for a 1,000 -year -old Castle, hundreds of people are working to ensure that King Charles III puts the best possible offer when US President Donald Trump welcomes his second historic visit this week.
The visit, which includes sparkling Tiaras, copper tapes and a luxurious banquet that is offered to silver 200 years, is a show of theah and celebration that Britain does not like anyone else. But it is a scene with a purpose: strengthening relations with one of the most powerful men in the world at a time when its first policies in America wander around.

“We are scrutinizing it,” said Robert Lassi, historian and royal consultant in the Netflix series entitled “The Crown”.
“He did not come to Britain if he had no opportunity to stay at Windsor Castle, and he may be praised by the (late) queen he admired a lot, and to meet the king.”
Soft power at work
Three centuries after the abandonment of Britain’s kings and queens on political power and settled for the celebration of the head of the state’s festive head, members of the royal family are still a powerful tool for “soft power”, which the elected government uses to reward friends and abolish concessions from the hesitant allies.
State visits are the final tool for ownership, as world leaders compete for full royal treatment.
During seven decades on the throne, the late Queen Elizabeth II hosted everyone from the Romanian dictator Nikolai SiSku to South African President Nelson Mandela.
Members of the royal family also hosted the four American presidents, although not all of them were large -scale government visits.
Hospitality with the purpose
Martin Far, an expert in modern British history at Newcastle University, said that although the effect of soft power is difficult to determine, it contributes to a feeling of friendship “may tend to be another party more open to your motivation.”
Six years ago, Britain requested Trump’s support for being ready to leave the European Union. This time the UK presses favorable commercial conditions and helps in combating Russian aggression in Ukraine.
“Trump’s presidency is new, a new prime minister, and a different government, but the same feeling of panic and the same feeling that the largest crane we can wander with this president is to hold him and try to link him with something that seems to be really liked, which is ownership, and the fact that his mother was born of course in Scotland.
So Prime Minister Kiir Starmer was quick to Washington in February, just five weeks after Trump began his second term, and handed him the king’s invitation to visit the state.
This was the first time that any international leader has received the honor of a second visit to the state, and the first time that the invitation was presented in a personal message from the king, which Trump proudly presented to the TV cameras.
“It is a wonderful and great honor, and this says in Windsor,” Trump said. “This is really something.”
Pinch and circumstances
There will be a lot of shine for a president who cleared the Oval Office and intends to build a White House celebration hall for 650 guests.
While President and First Lady Melania Trump will arrive in the United Kingdom late on Tuesday, the visit of the visit will start the next day.
After welcoming Trumps, Charles and Queen Camilla will be accompanied by Windsor Estate, then returning to the castle along a track on which members of the armed forces lined up.
Inside the reasonable walls of the castle, which William Al -Fateh began in construction in 1070, the military division will play the national anthem of both countries before Charles and Trump, the honor guard of the Carmals Striks and the long Perskin hats.
Hundreds of military individuals will participate in the celebrations – the installed forces, foot guards and musicians – after months of rehearsals.
When the guns are tolerated, it will come with one Thwack. When shoes hit the Earth, they will do it in complete harmony. God saves the king and “The Star-SPANGLED BANNER” will be perfect.
History highlighting
After the welcome ceremony, Trumps will look at an exhibition of documents and artistic works that were collected to highlight the common history of Britain and the United States that the palace did not say what will be included, but the countless options for two countries with legal and democratic traditions that extend to Magna Carta, which is the historical rights charter signed in 1215 in Runnymede, at a distance. A few miles of Windsor.
But the axis of the visit will be the state banquet on Wednesday night, as men will play white relations and tail coats, and women will wear designers and jewelry dresses that will shine in light of the palpitations from antique candlesticks.
“Tiaras will be valid.” “Everything will look very great.”
Dinner for many
The king and the queen will join their guests around the huge Waterloo table, which is located about half the length of the football field and has a space for 160 guests. It takes five full days to set the table, which will be placed with the major service, which is a silver food service that includes more than 4000 pieces ranging from dishes to dinner panels and egg cups.
Vicers said that silver and celebrations pave the way for success, which Elizabeth believed was the way to solve the difficult problems.
“Care Starmer has intelligently used the king to attract President Trump here, to give him a very enjoyable time,” he said. “And (it is) a great opportunity, with all the good intentions that will participate in this stage, to talk to him … and if there is any hope for the sorting of Ukraine, etc. This is a step in the right direction.”
These discussions take place on Thursday, when Trump meets and will continue in the game Chequeers, a rural property of British prime ministers.
