Pursuit suspect arrested half-nude after stealing ambulance from Downey murder scene

In the scene, the other suspect stabbed a person to death, a man was arrested on the video stealing an ambulance from outside the Downey City Library before driving the authorities in a chase on Saturday morning.

Witnesses said that the chaos started at about 9:40 am near Bruckchier Street, near the Downey City Hall and the Police Department.

The video, filmed from The Embassy Suites, shows the officers on foot and in the periodic cars chasing the ambulance while the suspect came out of the car park. A woman can be heard from the hotel’s balcony screaming, “He steals an ambulance!” As sirens.

Additional footage obtained by KTLA shows the potential victim’s body for an appeal covered with yellow hemp after the paramedics announced it at the scene.

Unconfirmed witnesses indicate that the events started with an argument between two men, none of them was the suspected pursuit, outside the library, where it was claimed that a man stabbed the other in the neck before the paramedics arrived.

According to these accounts, a third man who is not involved came to the scene and took an unattended ambulance while the first respondents were treating the victim of the appeal, which was later identified as an uninterested individual. The authorities tried to chase the stolen ambulance from the parking lot, but soon began to follow a vehicle.

The chase ended when the stolen ambulance crashed into a parked car on a residential street around the Al -Hamra area, as it appears in footage of the citizen application. Videos also show that while the authorities arrest the suspect, his pants are around his ankles, and he appears to leave him naked from the waist. Police wears the man and took him to the reservation.

The authorities have not yet specified the chase or the suspected of the killing, but they said that both of them were detention. The investigation is continuing.
