(Crohn)-The family of a 18-year-old child filed a lawsuit for the illegal death in the Contra Costa province after they said that he died due to carbon monoxide poisoning after he was trapped inside the problematic garage of the Blazant Hill Residential Complex.
Adeep Muthanna died on February 18, 2023, following the Wood Creek Apartment Homes, according to the family. They said that Motaana came to the United States to work and help in supporting his mother, who lives in Yemen.
The family believes it is a tragedy that should never have occurred.
