A teenager was walking his dog in Santa Clarita on Wednesday night when he encountered a little girl in diapers on a crowded street with a backpack and her dog.
The girl, who was believed to range between 3 and 5 years, was walking in the Magic Mountain Parkway Magic Mountain and Magivin Park after 10 pm
Jlius Rivera said he tried to follow the girl to make sure nothing happened to her, but he knew that there was something wrong.
“I was trying to stop her, but then she was running away from me, so I called the men, and found her here,” Rivera said in the parking square in a five -store store.
“She was wearing diapers, shirts and her backpack, and she had her little dog and iPad,” Rivera said.
The video showed that the Los Angeles Provincial Administration deputies refer to the response and put the child in a periodic vehicle while also securing the dog.
Ultimately, the deputies identified the girl’s house, where a woman was seen in handcuffs.
Freelnce Media News reported that women, who were believed to be drunk, were the girl’s mother.
