A new 'community hub' on Auraria Campus features craft cocktails, shareable plates

Denver (KDVR) – The Grand campus of the Orrya in the center of Denver will open a new space as “a community center where students, faculty, employees and visitors can call.”

In a press release on Tuesday, the Auraria campus announced the opening of the Quad Side Taven, this fall, located in the drink area within the TIVOLI Student Union.

“Tivoli has always been the heart of the campus, and the quadruple side TAVERN depends on this legacy in a new and modern way. It is a space that reflects diversity, energy and the spirit of Auraia, and we are happy to open this fall.”

the It serves the campus Auraia Three Higher Education Institutions: Colorado Denver University, Metropolitan State University in Denver and the Community College in Denver.

The Quad Side Taven will be run by Peak Beverage, a company that has worked with sellers and places throughout Colorado and Texas.

“This is more than just a new tape – it’s a place to communicate, cooperate and creativity,” said Andy Closemman, CEO of Peak Beking.

The concept of the pub came after the comments related to everything from the list to the air, which was formulated from the campus community during the experience of a tape of emanating in May.

The campus said that the new bar will provide non -alcoholic drinks, craftsman, beer in Colorado, and participating panels. People can also enjoy their foods and drinks in “seating areas under the title of the comfortable researcher, light -filled study areas, and intimate conversation pillars.”

The campus said that the bar will host the nights of trivia, live music, happy hours and much more. The opening date of the area is expected to be on September 22, pending permanent permits and inspection.
