Austin recovery coach puts spotlight on mental health

Austin – Astin is a different approach to addressing mental health conflicts.

Davis Collins was established Ashtag Training CooperationWhich mixes both physical exercises with treatment sessions to help people struggle with their mental health.

“There are people who need something different,” Collins said. “Now there are people who wake up and pray for help,” Collins said.

Collins says his personal experience in dealing with addiction and near death experience led him to explore ways to help others.

“I woke up upside down on the Anfield road in Austin,” Collins said. “

Running and working became a way to deal mentally, but he needed more.

The primary goal of stoner is to create a total balance in an unbalanced life and teach others about contacting all aspects of the self. Collins says.
