Judge blocks Trump administration from cutting funding from 34 cities and counties over ‘sanctuary’ policies

San Francisco – The judge died late on Friday, that the Trump administration could not refuse to finance Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, 30 cities and other provinces due to policies that limit cooperation with federal immigration efforts.

The American boycott judge, William Orrik in San Francisco, has expanded a preliminary judicial order that prevents management from cutting or adapting the use of federal funds to the so -called “sanctuary” judicial authorities. His previous command was to protect more than ten cities and other provinces, including San Francisco, Portland and Saytel.

The Trump administration raised pressure on these societies because it seeks to achieve good in President Donald Trump’s campaign to illegally remove millions of people in the country.

One executive order issued by Trump, Prosecutor Pam Bondi and Minister of Internal Security Christie Nayyim, is directed to block federal funds from the states of the reserve. Another thing that directs each federal agency to ensure that payments are not paid to government governments and local governments to the “so -called” sanctuary “policies that seek to protect illegal foreigners from deportation.

The cities and provinces that filed a lawsuit against billions of dollars were in danger.

An email was not returned to the White House late on Friday.

In May, the Ministry of Internal Security published a list of more than 500 “protected states”, saying that everyone would receive an official notice that the government had considered it incompatible. He also said that he would inform them if he is believed to be violating any federal criminal laws.

The menu was later removed from the ministry’s website after critics noticed that it included sites that were actively supported by the difficult immigration policies of the administration.

The Ministry of Justice has filed a lawsuit against New York, Los Angeles and other cities for the policies of its haven.

There is no strict definition of resort cities, but terms generally describe places that limit cooperation with customs enforcement and immigration. ICE imposes immigration laws at the country level, but it seeks to obtain assistance from government and local authorities to identify immigrants wanted to deport and keep them for federal employees.
