KDVR – A man from Denver was accused of multiple charges after being accused of directing a machine gun to a driver, calling for leaving the car and claiming his car, according to the US Public Prosecutor’s Office to Colorado County.
On Wednesday, the United States of America said that the Greater Persons Authority returned the indictment to the 18 -year -old Dal Book, which faces federal accusations of alleged crimes, including theft, using a machine gun during the crime of violence, and possessing an illegal machine gun.
The accusations stem from an alleged armed arms that occurred in the Montello neighborhood on early 25 June 2025.
Bok was among a group of people who approached a man sitting in his car on that day, according to press release Refer to the criminal complaint. Bok claims that a gun indicated the driver and told him to get out of his car. He complied with the man, entered the group in the car, and Bok went out away.
After driving, the stolen car crashed into another vehicle in the parking lot, and people abandoned the car and fled on foot.
In the same morning, the law application responded to a nearby garden after alerting them to six rounds of complete automatic shooting. A juvenile partner was arrested, Bok was chased on foot and was arrested.
In the scene, the officers found a semi -automated GLOCK 9M pistol that had a multiple spacious magazine and live tours.
“Investigators confirmed that the Glock’s pistol had been automatically changed and was able to launch multiple tours by withdrawing one trigger,” the US Public Prosecutor’s Office said in the statement.
The FBI FBI said The Rocky Mountain Street Square worked with the Arab County County Office and the Ministry of Corrections in Colorado to arrest the suspect.
The FBI’s work squad leads the investigation, and American lawyer Brian Den is dealing with the prosecution.
