A police officer in the Riferside Province was arrested by allegations that he was sexually assaulted during the service.
The officer has been identified as Juan Pesina, 31, from Minivi, according to the Sharif Office of Riferside. Pesina is an officer in the Minivi Police Department.
On July 22, the Menifee police received a complaint involving allegations of sexual assault against an officer. Select an internal investigation later Besina as the suspect. Pesina was initially accused of sexual assault on the victim during an investigation into the service. The investigators later found additional victims of the accidents that occurred in the Rivside Province between 2023 and 2024. On August 12, An inspection note was presented at Pesina’s house and at his workplace where additional evidence was found regarding the case.
Pesina was arrested on charges of multiple felony, including rape, sodomy and forced oral gathering.
It was placed on an administrative leave with the continued investigation. No other details have been launched, including the identities of the victims.
