Apple Cinemas, which opened a site along the Van Ness Corridor at the former AMC Theater last month, responded to a lawsuit filed by Apple Inc.

The statement went on to say that Apple Cinema was “actively” working on a growth plan since it was founded, “in cooperation with national retail companies regarding the acquisition of the current films theaters.”
As a result, Apple Cinemas said it is now the 25 best movie theater series and one of the largest IMAX and Screenx partners.
“We are committed to defending our brand, history, and continuous right to work as a cinema in Apple – an identity that was clearly clear and fully compatible with all applicable brand laws,” the company said.
