Preton, KDVR – will have a five -year family for justice in a brutal killing of their mother to wait for a longer period.
Loony McNeer was accused of attacking the 51 -year -old Bonnie Skinner to death, and the injury of four other people in August 2020. The trial has not yet been tried to trial, as McKinner’s judge spent incomplete, unable to trial.
McNeer is being held at the State Hospital in Boeplo.
It actually appeared on Tuesday morning to attend a review session, but the judge said that the hospital did not provide efficiency as expected. In a letter to the court on Tuesday, it was reported that the hospital was martyred with limited resources and accumulation in the hospital, and even contracting with different doctors and residents outside the state to try to complete the restoration services.
“I can only understand what the Skinner family is going through for this time, and it seems that every history of the court, we ask them to wait again and again. So, I cannot completely imagine what it does with the shock based on the allegations here,” said Adams Martin province’s province’s judge.
The court ordered the provision of the evaluation by July 25. However, in the August 11 session, the hospital requested an extension until August 26.
“It is difficult to see him to be comfortable there when we sit here sitting in the courtroom only struggling to preserve our tears. Do this again, I will continue to come to every hearing until my mother gets justice,” said Beni Pony Paige Skinner after a session on Tuesday.
Beige was one of the four additional victims in the brutal attack, along with her sister, Bonnie’s husband and family friend who was living with them. The family says that McNeer was living with them when he was expelled. Three days later, when McNeer is accused of trying to break the door of the Skiner family with a sickle. The attack was finally killed by Bonnie.
“I hope you are fine there, and I hope you know that I will get justice and will not stop until we do … and I am sorry because I cannot do more.”
