Denver (KDVR) – The day of the weather alert is released for Sunday due to severe thunderstorms throughout the metro.
Sunshine will return Monday after a somewhat cloudy weekend. The temperatures will remain comfortable to start the week, but the weather forecast in Denver feature another hot extension of the 1990s starting on Wednesday.
Weather tonight: a few shower or storms
Some showering or storms will be possible during the first part of the night on Sunday, but the threat of harsh weather will greatly end after sunset. The sky will gradually clear after midnight. The temperatures again will be very cold and less than the normal rate with a decrease in the morning in the fifties. Parts of the high country will fall in the 1940s and possibly up to the upper thirties.
Weather tomorrow: sunny and enjoyable

Sunshine Monday will help temperatures to decline to the 1980s, which are still lower than normal in mid -August. It will be somewhat in the afternoon. Despite some in the afternoon, no rain is expected.
Look forward: waiting for another heat wave
The direction of warming continues on Tuesday when it returns to the upper eighties, but this is my season. The sky remains sunny on Tuesday, but the wind will increase with storms of up to 25 miles per hour in the afternoon.

Another heat dome settles on Wednesday and carry temperatures in the mid -1990s. From Wednesday to Friday it appears to be the hottest days of the week with its highest levels in the mid -1990s, but they should not break any records. Although expectations are very dry, there are some signs that may try to shower and storms to develop at low altitudes on Thursday and Friday. The high terrain has the best chance of accidental rain this week.
