On Friday, Democrats in Texas challenged the Republican governor Greg Abbot
Soon after, the state’s Republican Attorney General went to the court to try to remove some of them.
The new Congress maps offered by the Republican Republican Party will give more seats in Congress-which may allow the Republican Party to control the US House of Representatives in Washington.
Despite the arrest threats, the restrictions on wages and calls from the ruler to remove it from his post, the majority of Democrats did not appear in the private session when the Texas house held on Friday afternoon and the quorum was not reached.

Democratic state deputy, Jane Woo, the leader of the Texas minority in the House of Representatives, told ABC News on Thursday that he believed that his collection would stand up to Friday and repeat once again that the legislative body is a quorum, although he said they would be ready to return to Austin if the Republic of State promised to focus only on other issues before the private session, including mitigating floods and disaster leveling.

The challenge was held, as Abbott also asked the Tenasan Supreme Court to remove Wu from his post.

Lawyers are partly arguing that the court has no jurisdiction for legislators in the states, that MP Wu will have the right to try the jury, which the Supreme Court in the state cannot submit. The governor has no position to bring the case, according to Wuwans who added Abbott’s lawsuit, “failing in any court.”
His lawyers also argued that the state constitution covers the legislators of the quorum in certain circumstances.
On Friday, Ken Buckston, Ken Pakston Prosecutor Kane Paxon, was ready to transfer other Democrats to court if they did not return.
“If they appear today, we are all happy, we can accomplish our work, and everyone is good. If they do not appear, we will be in the courtroom in Illinois … [trying] To return them to Texas, he held them in contempt, and if they refuse to come, and we hope that they will put them in prison. “
Fears have ignored that the optics of the Democrats will give them victory in public opinion.
“I think in Texas – I don’t know what it is in other states, but I know in Texas, people expect their representatives to go to work,” said Paxon.
Paxon said on Friday afternoon that he had filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court of Texas to file 13 more than 50 Democratic members in Texas who left the state to break the quorum to be removed from their sites.
He argued that these members “resisted themselves from the state with an explicit goal is to deprive the House of Representatives of the legal text so that the legislative body as a whole cannot implement its constitutional law.”
“These cowards deliberately sabotaged the constitutional process and violated the right they swore,” AG said in a statement.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives in Texas Dustin Buroz targeted the depressant governor of Democrats in an attempt to restore them.
On Thursday, he sent a memorandum to all members and their employees who require any member absent from the special session to break the quorum, collecting their monthly salary in person. The direct deposits of those who cross abroad until the house reaches the quorum, according to the memo.
Buroz says he expects more cases filed in other states after that, which Abbott submitted on Thursday to try to impose civil detention orders outside the state, and that he contacted the last legislator in the House of Representatives in Illinois asking for their help in returning members.
He later added that if the Ministry of Public Safety arrested a civilian “our absentee colleagues” during the weekend, then legislators are in contact and need to return to Austin with notice of at least six hours.
Abbott called for the arrest of the Democrats, and the Republican Senator John Corinan called on the FBI to track down these elected officials.
Democrats in Congress sitting on the House of Representatives Supervision and Patriotism on Friday sent the American Public Prosecutor Pam Bondi and the FBI director Cash Patel asking them to clarify and explain whether their agencies are involved in determining the location of the Democratic legislators in Texas who left the state to prevent the quorum in order to stop the new Congress maps.
“We write with great concern about the misuse of federal public safety resources for completely political purposes and without a logical basis for law enforcement, which is said to happen at the present time,” the members wrote.
The ruler in one of the podcasts issued on Friday said he was ready to go further than creating more than five new seats that the Republican Party could turn if the Democrats continued to prevent the efforts of the Republican Party.

“We may make it six, seven, or eight new seats, which we will add to the Republican side,” he said during an interview on the podcast.
Meanwhile, Democrats in Texas fled to various blue states, including Illinois and California.

Democratic governor of California is scheduled to hold a press conference with these Democrats on Friday afternoon, along with Representative Nancy Pelosi and Democrats in California to show their support.
“The ruler and the state leaders offered a possible state polling measure that would reaffirm California’s commitment to re -dividing the independent national circles and allowing voters to temporarily control the map of Congress in the state only if Texas or other states led by the Republican Party dealt with,” the New Yoshom office said in a statement.
Democrats in California are preparing to respond to the proposed new congressional areas of the Texas Republicans by targeting five areas controlled by the Republican Party in the state of Golden State, and the sources have also been confirmed to the ABC KGO-TV station.
