Buc-ee's negotiates terms for water, road improvements in Palmer Lake

Palmer Lake, Colorado (KXRM)-The town of Palmer Lake has released a summary of the conditions negotiated with the BUC-Ee series of the Travel Center BUC-Ee series for an agreement to annex a proposed in Lake Palmer, which includes the platforms of the bill to things such as the necessary improvements to water and roads.
