Palmer Lake, Colorado (KXRM)-The town of Palmer Lake has released a summary of the conditions negotiated with the BUC-Ee series of the Travel Center BUC-Ee series for an agreement to annex a proposed in Lake Palmer, which includes the platforms of the bill to things such as the necessary improvements to water and roads.
The town of Palmer Lake has sent a summary of the conditions that have been negotiated so far, which include agreements by BUC -E’s to pay any required improvements on Line County, Beacon Lite Road, and I -25/County Line Road Interchang. Palmer Lake’s town will not be responsible for any of the methods of BUC-Ee’s development.
Also on the conditions negotiated, an agreement that BUC -e’s will be responsible for adding multiple wells and 12 -inch water line along a boycott road.
In addition to infrastructure agreements, the proposal also includes sales and property tax agreements, in addition to the jurisdiction agreements related to the nearby police and fire departments. BUC-Ee also agreed to provide a “community contribution” in the city for $ 350,000, which is paid within 30 days of the opening of the travel center.

The town of Palmer Lake said that the summary and proposal are just negotiation conditions, and it does not represent a binding contract between the city and BUC -E’s. The Board of Trustees and perhaps voting on the agreement will consider a special guardian meeting on August 28.
