(Crohn) – Lawyers filed a lawsuit in the province of Islama against Moghfari, East Bay, after the ashes of two women were mixed and granted to the wrong families.
The lawsuit was filed on July 21, on behalf of my father, Denis Chavez and Adrian Corona, against three providers: the cemetery of the Holy grave and the funeral center in Hawaiard, Roman Catholic tombs for the Oakland diocese, and the Irvington Cemetery in Freemont.
Negligence errors in the Corona family suffered from emotional distress, as the case claims.
Dominic Martini, a lawyer with Lawyer Singleton Schrebyr. “The holy grave and its affiliated companies not only ignored the explicit family instructions, but then tried to cover up it instead of facing the unimaginable truth: they gave the children’s remains to the wrong family and buried the wrong ash.”
Alaina Corona died on November 18, 2024. Ayelli Reyes died the day before, on November 17, 2024.
Alaina Holy Sepulcher and the diocese told that they did not want to burn them. However, “Holy Sepulcher sent the wrong remains – Alaina’s remains – to the defendant Erfgetton Memorial to burn the bodies with Ayelli burning documents,” the lawsuit states.
The lawsuit continues, “Erfington Memorial cleared the ashes of Alina as Aili, and the sacred defendant put the ashes of Alina in the jar that was purchased for the ashes of Eli. On December 6, the sacred defendant gave the hemp heard the ashes of Alina to the wrong person: Umm Aili.”
On December 11, 2024, two HOLY Sepulcher employees went to the cooling area to prepare Alaina remains for a funeral. And that is when they realized that her body is missing, she claims the lawsuit.
Then the holy grave decided to burn Eile’s remains in her internal generation and gave the ashes to the Alina family, according to the lawyers.
The lawsuit also claims that the holy grave is doing its best to cover up their obsessed mistake.
It is claimed that the holy grave discovered the error immediately before the ALINA funeral, but it continued to serve, which led to the affected family by believing that they were burying the ashes of their daughter. This was only months after, after the viral Tiktok video, published by Mrs. Chavez, confirmed that the former employee and the other family confirmed the truth about the ashes mix. ”
Martini said: “Families resort to these institutions in their darkest hours. This is not just a neglect, it is a profound violation of confidence, dignity and basic human fitness. What happened here cannot be defended.”
Prosecutors are looking for compensatory and punitive damage through the trial of the jury.
Catholic Fairral & Cementary services sent a statement to Kron4, and wrote, “We expand our prayers and condolences to the family.
