(Krona) – A person this week was arrested on charges of fraud in insurance after submitting a false report to the Olaida authorities that they were stolen, according to the police.
The Olaida Police Administration officers responded at 8:30 pm on Tuesday for a report that armed the driver of Dolitel and the island. One of them told the authorities that they were “forced on the road by another car driver, threatening a weapon, and their car was stolen by two suspects who fled the scene.”
The search for the area has not specified any evidence, vehicle or suspects to confirm the report, according to the police.
The police said: “APD officers continued their investigation and discovered the video evidence that the involvement report had been manufactured.”
The individual who reported the theft was arrested by submitting a false report to the police and committing a fraud in insurance. The police did not specify the suspect.
Alamida police said that in 2024, there was one accident for the apostasy and the car was recovered within two hours.
“Such incidents, despite the praise of God in Alamida, have caused anxiety in our society,” the Olaida police chief Nishant Joshi said in a statement. “Our officers have acted quickly and comprehensive to expose manufacturing and ensure that the responsible individual holds accountable.”
