((Crohn) – When the news broke out for the first time in April 2024 about the Filipino seafood series that opens another location on the peninsula, it was met with great excitement, especially within the great local Filipino society. More than a year ago, Seafood City said her store in Daly City will open “soon”.
This did not happen – thanks to the delay in construction and the like. But the waiting has finally ended, and Seafood City has recently announced the opening date of its first store in Dale.
The grocery store on social media announced that the large opening of the very expected Filipino supermarkets is Thursday, July 31 at 9 am. Seafood City is located in 1420 Southgate Ave. At St. Francis Square’s shopping center.

Seafood City is as a grocery store in the shopping square on Southgate Street. The area was previously occupied by the Pacific Supermarkket, which was closed in 2021.
Daly City is home to one of the largest Filipino population in the US -taken Filipin’s chicken chain in the United States, Jollibe, the opening of its first American site in that city.
There are currently six other stores in the seafood city of the Gulf region: Concorde, Hayouard, Melitas, Union City, south of San Francisco and Valleyo. It is known that the cities listed have some of the largest Filipinos in the entire region.
Seafood City was opened for the first time in 1980 in the National City (San Diego County). It has been opened since then in five different American states, with most of its stores in California.
