ASAN (KXAN) – The independent Bastrop County Board of Trustees of Temporary Supervisor Schools as Dr. Christie Lee, according to a press statement in the province.
The province said in a press statement on Wednesday that Lee was chosen as a temporary supervisor at the meeting of the Board of Directors on Tuesday in the province.
This comes after the supervisor Barry Edwards announced his retirement last month after 37 years of public education, according to the region.
She worked for me as deputy supervisor in the province since 2022, when her career has spanned more than 20 years in public education. She worked in the roles of “Director of Communications, Director of High School, Primary Director, and Teacher.
He told me in the statement: “It is an honor for me to work as a temporary supervisor, and I appreciate the confidence and support of the council.” “This is a pivotal moment for Bastrop ISD, a time full of promise and opportunity. We will be confidently transferred to Bastrop ISD, with students at the center of each decision.”
The chairman of the ISD Bastrop, Ashley Motchink, said that “the council has a deep confidence in the leadership of Dr. Lee and its dedication in our schools and our community and knowing that the boycott is in honest hands.”
The province said that the board of directors “will keep the community to be aware” because it is moving forward in its search for a new supervisor.
