LIVE BLOG: Parts of Central Texas on alert as flash flooding risk continues

Austin – Rain capable of producing sudden floods continues to bring multiple in inch of rain with flash flood warnings across most of the northern hill country.

This comes after less than 10 days of moving a fatal flash event across other parts of the center of Texas.
