A man behind bars after he was claimed that he used a ghost ghost to shoot at the Los Angeles police officer.
The Los Angeles County Lawyer’s Office said in a press statement that Ernesto Sebolida, 26, is facing two felony charges of attempting to kill a police officer and a charge of carrying an unregistered pistol.
The case also includes special allegations stating that Sepulveda caused a major physical injury and that it used a gun to commit a crime.
The shooting occurred on Saturday near the Park exhibition when two officers of Sibulida were spotted riding a bike with what appeared to be a piston in his pocket.
When the officers tried to interrogate him, Sebulida “pulled a pistol and shot the officers, and one of them hit his leg,” the prosecutors said.
