Were drones used to monitor July 4 celebrations? Loveland police address rumors

KDVR – Loving Police moved to social media Sunday to address the rumors that were about how the police department worked during the holiday.

The Loving Police Administration said that the rumors and misconceptions were spreading during the weekend, and said it wanted to address it to ensure that the community’s confidence remains strong.

“One of the rumors that has passed during the July fourth weekend is that our department was flying drones to monitor the community celebrations. This claim is false,” said the Loving Police Administration on the Internet. “Although a drone was published in that evening, it was used to help determine the location of individuals who illegally fled to a serious traffic accident.”

The agency also noted that the common concept is that cycling officers “steal” resources from other periodicals.

“This is not true too,” the agency said.

The Police Department explained that the cycling officers “are usually” from the agency’s school resource program. When the school is outside, they help in other roles.

The police administration said: “In response to society’s concerns about safety in our gardens, in the tracks, and in the city center, the President re -appointed these officers to bicycle patrols as a way to increase the capabilities of vision, participation and response in those areas.” “This step is supported – not offered – regular patrols, allowing our team to better serve the community.”
