Charlize Theron revealed on the Call Her Daddy podcast with Alex Cooper that she had a memorable one-night stand with a 26-year-old man.
Theron, who appeared on the Wednesday, July 2, 2025 episode to promote her new film, The Old Guard 2, shared the surprising tidbit when asked for her best sex tip. After a conversation about her current approach to dating, Theron confessed that despite only having around three one-night stands in her life, this particular experience was “really fucking amazing.”
“I’ve probably had three one-night stands in my entire life,” the Mad Max star, 49, shared. “But I did just recently fuck a 26-year-old and it was really fucking amazing. And I’ve never done that. I was like, ‘Oh, this is great. OK.’”
The Oscar-winning actor, who is a mother to two daughters, Jackson, 12, and August, 9, has been single for several years, having previously been in relationships with actors like Sean Penn and Stuart Townsend. While Theron has long expressed her disinterest in marriage, she told Cooper that she is open to casual sex, although it’s not a frequent occurrence. Reflecting on her experience, Theron humorously stated that she felt like she should have explored one-night stands more in her twenties.

“The apps are just horrible,” she said. “It’s not hard, it’s a fucking clown show. I’m sorry, guys, but please. Like, no.”
Theron even offered some pointers for how men can improve their dating app profiles, disclosing that she is “not trying to be mean” but rather trying to help.
“Not because I want to date you, but because I want to help you. No Burning Man photos. No photos of you with other women. I don’t care,” she said. “I don’t want to know that you have girlfriends. And I don’t want you shooting a fucking selfie in your closet of your hand in a jean pocket.”
She continued, saying, “It makes my vagina close. I just can’t. And don’t tell me you’re a CEO because you’re not. Like, I’m sorry. Of what? Of some business you can’t explain to me that none of my friends can understand, like, no.” She added, “I’m a 50-ass-year-old woman telling you, ‘Don’t do it. Girls don’t like it. They don’t fucking like it.”
