2 arrested in deadly Riverside stabbing attack

Two suspects were arrested after a man was stabbed to death in Riferside.

On June 29, the Riveraseed police responded to a stabbing of the 9900 mass from Magnolia Street in Arlington neighborhood around 7:20 am

The arriving officers found the victim, Michael Pop, 58, from Riferside, dumped on the ground with multiple stab wounds. He was taken to the hospital, where he died from his wounds.

The suspects escaped from the area before the police arrived.

A preliminary investigation revealed that a physical argument involved the Pope and the suspects had happened. The police said that during the confrontation, the victim was stabbed several times.

With information from the messengers, the suspected officers are selected nearby. She has been identified as Christopher James Pussembum, 36, and Yun Daniels, 67, both local transit.

They were arrested on charges of murder and were seized at the Robert Presley detention center. Both are held without bail.

“This was a meaningless act of violence,” said Chad Melby police chief of the investigation division. “Thanks to the quick procedures for our messengers in obtaining important information, the quick response by our patrol officers, and the comprehensive investigative action by our murder investigators, these two suspects in the streets are outside the streets.”

No more details were launched, including the motivation or whether the suspects and the victim are known to each other.
