Judge Aaron Supramanan suggested sending a note to the jury asking the committee to clarify its concerns. Public Prosecutors requested time to read the relevant judicial precedents before the judge took more measures.
Koms’s lawyers suggested that the judge states the jury that they have just started trading and resuming this. If there are other problems, defense lawyer Mark Agunefilo has suggested that the jury can send the other observation.
“We can always conclude it,” Agnevilo said.
After more than two hours of legal instructions from Subramanian, the jury of eight men and four women went behind closed doors for trading.
They move within seven weeks of graphic and emotional certificates sometimes about the tendency of rap and fashion, which is on the Impressario feature of violence and hers, including drug -feeding sex marathon called “relief operations” or “hotel nights”.

“The defendant used power, violence and fear to get what he wanted,” said American lawyer Christie Slavic. “He thought that his fame, wealth and his authority put him above the law.”
She said that he used his “close circle and a small army of personal employees, who made their mission to meet all the defendant’s desire, encourage his strength and protect his reputation at any cost.”
“This is not a matter of crime. It is related to money,” Defense lawyer Mark Agunefilo said. He pointed out that one of the accused Coms in the criminal case filed a lawsuit against him in the Civil Court.
“He is not a high -ranking. He is not a conspirator for extortion. He is not from these things. He is innocent. He sits innocent there. I return him to his family, who is waiting for him,” the lawyer told the jury.
In general, 34 witnesses, under the title COSSIE – The R& B Caasandra Ventura – and “Jin”, who witnessed under a pseudonym. Both women said that he was often violent. Kassi said that he forced her to hundreds of sexual intercourse with male sex workers, while Jin narrated “the hotel’s nights.”

The defense acknowledged that the rain deviated from violence, but its lawyer asserts that sexual acts were mutual. They claim that the prosecutors are intrusive in the personal life of Combes and that he did nothing to justify the charges against him.
