RTD collected responses to a few surveys in April, surveyed customers and surveying the value of society, to customers and societies in the Denver region to provide notes on public transport services.
“Over the course of last year, the agency has implemented many dependency tactics related to creating a welcome welcome environment and enhancing customer experience. The results of strategic and multi -faceted efforts for RTD, and while it remains clear. While encouraged me to see that RTD leads us at the national level across several categories, the agency still calls for continuous improvement.”
RTD used Institute etc.It is a national research company, a third party, to conduct its surveys for 2025, stating that it is “specialized in society, transportation and public safety and other types of external investigative studies of government and non -profit agencies and public service organizations.”
It included a few other scanning numbers reported by RTD:
- 85 % of Paratransit customers are “very satisfied or satisfied” about RTD services
- 86 % of society believes that RTD provides “value” for the urban Denver
- 65 % of the rail customers “depend” on RTD services
- 83 % of society believes that RTD is “very value or value” in reducing pollution and achieving sustainable practices
