Chiu warns of fake San Francisco immigration attorney

San Francisco (Crohn) – A lawyer for the city of San Francisco David Cheo warns immigrants and takes legal action against Laku and Co., which Chio describes as a “predatory migration consultant”. The city recently submitted a proposal to impose a judicial order prohibiting Leonard Lacoo and its work to provide legal services for immigration.

“For years, Lakayo was a lie as a lawyer, as he ridiculed migrants to pay the price of extensive legal services and put many to the risk of losing their legal rights.”

City officials said Lakayo is the notary, but he was not licensed to practice the law.

The city for the first time obtained a court order for the court in 2017, prohibiting Lacuu Lakayo and Co. from providing any legal services related to immigration. He was also ordered to pay a response.

Despite the orders of the multiple court that followed, Lakayo continues to “overcome the law”, as the Cheo office wrote.

“Once again, Leonard Lacio showed zero of the law or migrant societies claiming to be serving,” Cheo said on Friday. “He benefited from vulnerable immigrants, and took their money while they are at the legal danger. His actions are particularly terrible during the period of collective deportation and the increasing fear in our immigrant societies. We know that immigration services are that there is an urgent need to search for everything at the present time.

Inside the Immigration Court in San Francisco, ICE Exlection Officers (ICE) have detained people in recent weeks. Federal lawyers can request the rejection of the issue of immigrants, which is subjected to immediate detention by ice agents waiting near and deportation.

Investigators said that Lakia had deceived hundreds of people who are weak in pushing him to deal with complex and high immigration issues.

Laco still meets with clients, according to the Cheo office. For more than a year, investigators have gathered ads, deposit certificates, banking records and documentary evidence. A secret investigator with the city’s public prosecutor’s office received immigration services from Lakayo, the evidence was confirmed.

The request of the city deposited on June 18 seeks to implement and expand the court.
