Part of the accident saw a room cleaner, reported that Nonio’s vision was standing behind the patient, who was sitting with her dress. The employee told the police that this was “strange” and did not see “something like this completely” for 12 years.
The medical observations launched by Nonio, which the Austin police called for, showed that half a scale on the day of the accident. The notes did not mention that his patient has treatment problems that would require a massage or was given, according to the court registry.

“In his statement, Jorge admits that the victim is giving a massage with a lotion,” on her back and another on her upper legs and that during the operation that was “declined” and “move”.

The backgio has been passed
Nonnio was appointed as a nurse registered on January 9, 2023, after passing the background examination, according to the deputy head of the St. David Medical Center, Jacques Odum. The official added that before the complaint submitted on February 15, he had no disciplinary incidents or procedures against him. After the claim, it was suspended without pay.
After submitting allegations, the hospital conducted its internal investigation, which was “decisive”, according to Odom. Nonio returned to work on June 2 – nearly four months after the alleged accident – and made four seizures.
On June 10, on the day the arrest warrant was issued, Nonio Saint David was informed and turned himself into law. It is currently suspended waiting for the results of the case, according to Odom.
Nuncio is a registered nurse, capable of training in multiple cases, with an active license ended on May 31, 2027, according to KXAN review for his license Texas Nursing Council A website. His license was issued in 2022 and was re-released on May 28 this year-less than two weeks before he was arrested.
Unlike the Texas Medical Council, TBN does not reveal if the nurse has any previous disciplinary measures. TMB has strengthened its disciplinary disclosure after the Texas 2023 law, which was ignited by a series of Kxan investigations. This law is completely implemented in September.
KXAN asked the Texas Nursing Council if he was aware of this issue. We also asked the Texas Nurses Association whether the disciplinary disclosure is similar to TMB. We did not hear immediately.
