(Crohn)-The San Francisco Prosecutor’s Office said that a 28-year-old man was charged with unintended killing of vehicles and the only identity accusation on Thursday after he was hit and killed a woman who was in the center of an intersection in San Francisco after 5 am on May 27.
Manuel Diaz Chi, 28, was driving his car with a 0.15 % alcohol in the blood, when he hit the victim at the intersection of 10 Volsum Street, causing a large body injury, according to the Prosecutor’s Office in San Francisco.
Diaz Chi was called on May 29 due to unintentional killing of vehicles while poisoning and driving under the influence of alcohol that causes injury. He admitted that he was not guilty of charges and denied all allegations.
