Neighbors outraged as L.A. ‘Hell house’ attracts constant stream of squatters, intruders

Residents of a neighborhood in Westod said that the house on the street attracts a continuous current of infiltrators and rods that made living in the street unbearable and dangerous.

The neighbors in the upscale neighborhood, located off Santa Monica Street near the Westfield City Mall, said there are fixed visitors to a specific house owned by a pair of older siblings – brother and sister.

According to what was reported, visitors cause them a problem with them, and the residents saw general urination, drug activity, and infiltrators climbing fences and storming home, potential prostitution, and huge garbage piles outside the property.

Some visitors, who seem to arrive at all times of the day, harass the population.

“They were a threat to the neighborhood all the time we lived here.” “But within the past 10-12 months, they are subscribed and they have stored themselves outside the home and they were living in their cars.”

The neighbors, who described the property as “Hell’s House”, said they were afraid of their safety.

“It has been completely detonated and everything was disrupted,” Gordon said. “There are drug tools throughout the neighborhood. It is across the street from a school, a family dental building.”

I called adult protection services to try to help them [the siblings]”Sometimes in the winter months, their car passes throughout the night to provide them with heat,” said neighbor Carrie Levingston.

The neighbors said they had contacted local law enforcement and city leaders for help, but they claimed that they were told that nothing could be done about it. Some residents believe that the house is a danger to health and fires.

Reconstruction orders were presented against siblings and more than 150 signatures were collected to obtain a petition sent to the representative of the Los Angeles City Council, Katy Yaroslavsky.

Carrie Levingstone, who lives next to the house, said she had to spend thousands of dollars to replace a fence on her property that the infiltrators broke while climbing.

She often finds all kinds of alcohol bottles that are scattered on their property, as infiltrators tend to store random elements in their bushes.

“We always knew them as a creeping neighbors when we were children,” said Jar Graham Levingston. “But that is only in the past few years when things started to become really dangerous.”

However, the siblings spoke with Chris Wolf from KTLA and they said that the neighbors who accused them of lying.

They claim that whenever they leave to run household missions, that is when infiltrators storm their home. They said that they had reported the criminal activities of the police, but they did not receive help.

They sometimes sleep in their cars, but they claimed that it was only done to monitor potentially fresh. They believe that the targeted effort to condemn the House of Representatives is a violation of their rights.

In the meantime, residents ask the city officials who believe that they have the ability to condemn the drug and take measures to clarify this.

KTLA has contacted the office of council member Katy Yaroslavsky to comment and awaiting a response.
