Travis, El Paso County attorneys, district attorneys sue Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton

ASAN (KXAN) – The provincial and provincial lawyers in the Travis and Al Passo provinces filed a lawsuit on Friday against the Texas Pakiston Prosecutor and his office (OAG) for the rules that were submitted in 2024 that require them to send sensitive case records to his office.

“The rules that have been challenged exceed the authority of the defendants in setting the rules and invading privacy rights to the third parties without legal justification, while at the same time the prosecutors require disclosing the information required by a law to maintain their confidentiality.”

KXAN has arrived at Paxtun and Oag and they will update this story when we receive his response. When we previously informed the base, Buckston said in a press statement, “He will guarantee accountability and promote public safety.”

“In many major provinces, people responsible for protecting millions from Texas have been at risk instead by refusing to prosecute criminals and allow violent perpetrators to terrorize Texas who are committed to law. This base will enable citizens to hold the darling DAS accountable,” he said.

The rule, Chapter 56 of Texas, applies to provinces that include more than 400,000 residents, and will allow Oag to start a lawyer in compliance.

It is necessary to send these provinces “entire cases files”, including:

  • Distinguished Communications;
  • Special personal information about law enforcement officers, crime victims, detainees, criminal defendants and witnesses;
  • Protected information such as the testimonies of the Grand Compluts and Articles, Medical Disorders, Mental Health, Narcotics and Treatment Disorders;
  • Explicit sexual photos for both adults and children;
  • Juvenile records,
  • The articles of investigation in the law enforcement obtained by public prosecutors to prosecute crimes.

“Even if the defendants have the authority to impose the rules that have been challenged, the rules are so vague that the plaintiffs cannot determine what is statistical information and cases of cases that must be transferred – and the alleged result is the removal of the office.”

Prosecutors asked the court to issue a temporary judicial order against al -Qaeda during the case, and in the end a permanent judicial order.
