Hernandez and Vickes were arrested by the Austin Police Administration on May 8 and they were seized in Travis Province prison. HCSO said that Hernandez remained in the seizure of Travis Province at a total bond of $ 214,000. Vasquez was issued a total bond of $ 22,000. The agency said that all charges were presented by HSCO.

Lawyer information was not available to Hernandez or Vasquiz. We will update this if changed.

HCSO said in a press statement that he opened an investigation that finds several reports on women in the scrubs who appear unexpectedly to the homes of the elderly. Investigators claim that women have paid the attention of the elderly from healthy reviews and then stole their property.

HCSO said: “Some victims were only aware of the theft when their banks inquired about suspicious financial activity,” said HCSO.

The investigation unveiled Hernandez and Oscoyez, “They tried to use bank cards for victims in the Austin region’s restaurants and companies to buy televisions, smart watches and other varied elements.”

The investigation also revealed that Hernandez and Oscouys “were not licensed nurses in the Texas Nursing Council,” according to HCSO.

The investigators with HCSO have received orders for Hernandez and Zacwiz for the following charges that the agency provided below:

  • Credit/deduction card abuse of the elderly felony, third degree (12 charges each)
  • Theft of the elderly individual felony, the third degree (Hernandez: 3 charges; Vasquez 4 charges)
  • The exploitation of a third degree felony of the third degree (3 charges for each)
  • Perfume a nurse, a misdemeanor of category A (3 charges for each)

HCSO said that there may be additional victims, and ask anyone who has information related to this issue to progress. They can contact HCSO Jessica Barclay in [email protected].
