The horrific discovery was found in a camp along the Huntley circle near the center of Los Angeles after Paraguas was missing for several days and the family members were unable to reach it, and eventually followed her cell phone signal to the tent whose body was found.

A video of the scene showed one of her daughters crying with sadness outside the tent.

“My sister, I called us to tell us that she had found a dead mother.” “We destroyed. We did not understand how that happened.”

Her daughters said that she was an old army warrior and a mother who loved six children who just spent with them on the weekend.

“I want people to know that she was not a shelter drug addict, because this is not true,” Bekira said. “Some people come to this conclusion and this is not fair. It was in the wrong place in the wrong time.”

One of the residents living near the camp said they were amazed to find out the bodies that were found.

“When I heard her shocking screams, we all shook our core,” said the resident, who did not want to get to know KTLA. “We all started shaking because we fully knew that someone had died abroad.”

The camp of the homeless has been a chronic problem for many of the nearby population, who say the region attracts criminal activity, drug use, safety risks, and even unbridled animals.

One of the neighbors said that his dogs were attacked by the animals living in the camp. When he tried to report it, he claims that the Los Angeles Police Administration told him that there is nothing they could do about it.

The man said: “This place was a dangerous area.” “People do not feel safe, and there is absolutely nothing to give it forever.”

The neighbors said that the region was neglected by the city’s officials, and despite the repeated complaints, nothing was done to reduce the increasing problems.

“The neighbors complained about the dogs that were in this case, the camps,” said Raul Claros, the founder of California Reging. “The city did nothing and feel that these two people will survive if these camps are not there.”

Another population said that the authority was illegally linked in the camp for several months and that despite the deadly RV fire in January, the site is still busy.

Mayor of Los Angeles Karen Bass Ketela sent a statement about the incident, saying: “This issue enhances our urgent need to address this serious humanitarian crisis. We will continue to cooperate with the council’s office to bring more Angelinus inward and do everything we can to improve public safety.”

The cause of death for Bargas and the unidentified man remains under investigation.
