Officials say the violence and looting that spread from the protests against the Trump immigration campaign resulted in more than 40 arrests and wounded at least five law enforcement officers.
A LASD spokesman said that the Los Angeles Provincial Police Department, the Los Angeles Police Department and the California Periodic Patrol was arrested combined 42 people.
The Los Angeles Police officer confirmed that this number said that the charges include failure to disperse and attack a fatal weapon on a peace officer, looting and burning the mayor.
Sergeant. Daniel Kane of the Republican People’s Party said that 19 of these arrests were made by his agency.
During the weekend, the crowds of the demonstrators moved to the streets in the center of Los Angeles to protest against federal immigration raids.
Some of these protests turned violent, with stores storming, burning Waymo compounds, burning rocks and other debris in the application of the law.
Madison added that five LAPD officers were injured in chaos. Three of them were treated at the scene, and two others were slightly injured.
Kane said six Chp officers were also injured, although they were slight injuries.
LASD said no injuries were reported to the deputies.
President Donald Trump brought thousands of military personnel in response to the turmoil, a step that government officials and government officials say is only more than tensions.
