4 charged in July shooting at Commerce City convenience store

Denver (KDVR) – Four people were directed to fire in a store in a trading city that left four people who were injured in July.

The shooting occurred in a store store at the intersection of 69 Street Street and Kirney Street on July 23. The Trade City Police Department said at the time that it started with a battle inside the store and led to the launch of footage between vehicles abroad.

The seventeenth Judicial Public Prosecutor Office announced on Thursday that it had made various charges against four individuals.

Both defendants face at least one charge to try to kill, as well as improve the punishment.

    • Attempt to kill second degree (F3)
    • First degree assault (F3)
    • Holding a weapon by the former perpetrator (F5)
    • The crime of violence (Muhsin al -Qala) (Atthampit)
  • Giguj Young
    • Attempt to kill second degree (F3)
    • The crime of violence (Mohsen Al -Qalla)

The charges were brought in the Adams Provincial Court.
