Someone was killed and another person was taken to hospital after the driver of the only identity document suspected of his car in San Bernardino Province.
The suspect was identified as Exxon Herrera Hernandez, 23, from Apple Valley, according to the San Bernardino Province Department.
On September 20, the deputies responded to a crash near the Kiwa Road, not in Apple, Valley, around 11:35 pm
A preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect was driving the Nissan Altima, behind Hummer H2, the victims. The rear suspect ends Hummer, pushing SUVs from the road and rolling.
Both the driver and the passenger inside Hummer suffered from major injuries and were transferred to local hospitals for treatment.
The victim’s driver, who was identified only as a 44 -year -old man, died from his wounds. The passenger, Salvador Rubio Tamaio, 22, from Victorville, remains in the hospital in a stable condition.
Police said the suspect, Hernandez, later found that he was under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested due to unintentional killing in vehicles while poisoning with serious neglect.
No other details were launched about the deadly accident as the accident is still under investigation.
