$1.4M Nintendo Switch 2 heist under investigation in Arapahoe County

Denver (KDVR) – Video games are usually the place that allows people to live outside a virtual theft, but the roles were reversed after the discovery of the Arab County County Office is a theft of the newly released Nintendo Switch 2 control unit.

On June 8, at 8:10 am, patrol representatives were sent to a truck station in Bennett after the Sharif Office said the “high -minded” shipping theft.

The driver of the tractor trailer, who stopped at the truck station, reported that he discovered that his trailer had stormed during a pre -examination of his car. Many platforms bearing the new Nintendo Switch 2 console were stolen.

Sharif’s office said that 2,810 console was stolen.

Each control unit sells $ 499, and the total loss is estimated at more than $ 1.4 million.

The driver’s road at Nintendo of America began in Washington, and was on his way to Gamestop in Grapevine, Texas. The investigators told that he did not know exactly what was in the trailer, unlike games or games.

Investigators are not sure whether the accident occurred in Bennett or in any other city the truck may have stopped.

Sharif’s office said that if the suspect is arrested, he will face charges of stealing a crime of one million dollars or more criminal harm.

The Araboho Sharif County Office asks anyone who may have information related to the crime to contact the investigation plan on 720-874-8477.
